It’s a sweet, easygoing folk song that spotlights her talent for drawing beauty from simplicity. “I wrote ‘Home’ when I was living in New York City and longing to get back to nature in my home in Western Maryland. It’s about the simple values that I grew up with in the ‘60s & ‘70s – anti-commercialism, anti-materialism, as well as a sense of Spirituality. I’m inspired by those values and I feel them coming out in this music.”
